The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of floral design and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every arrangement is aesthetically pleasing and meets customer expectations. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the shop.

Responsibilities

Design and create floral arrangements for various events such as weddings, funerals, and corporate functions. Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs and preferences. Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality. Organise the shop layout to create an inviting atmosphere for customers. Sell floral products and provide information on care instructions to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and exceptional service. Keep the work area clean and organised, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Experience

Previous experience as a Florist is essential. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers. A passion for flowers and creativity in floral design is essential.
