Responsibilities

Designing and assembling floral arrangements tailored to customer specifications and occasions Assisting customers in selecting flowers and related products, providing expert advice on floral care and maintenance Managing stock levels of flowers, foliage, and accessories, ensuring freshness and quality standards are maintained Organising displays and merchandising Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, including flower preparation areas and display shelves Handling deliveries of fresh flowers and supplies, ensuring timely processing and storage Providing excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering creative solutions

Requirements

Proven experience in floristry, Excellent communication skills in English; Strong organisational skills with the ability to work alone Creative flair with an eye for colour coordination and aesthetic presentation Ability to work well within a team as well as independently Basic understanding of plant care and floral preservation techniques
