Job Description

Topolabamba on Lothian Road are looking for people with a flair for customer service to join the server team on a full-time and part-time basis.

You must have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and be able to work evenings and weekends on a weekly rota.

Starting from 12.21 per hour, plus tronc tips.

Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a prompt and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Upsell menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Process guest payments using cash, credit cards, or digital payment methods

Requirements:

- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or customer service is preferred, but not required
