Front of House Team Member
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and provide personalized experiences
