Duties

Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed upon arrival. Assist in food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience. Manage the dining area by maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout service periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance satisfaction. Perform basic maths calculations for order processing and billing as required. Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen operations is advantageous. Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services are essential for success in this role. Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing time efficiently is crucial. A positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues contribute to a harmonious work environment.

Pay: 26,000.00-35,000.00 per year
