Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and waiting areas.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and adherence to food safety standards.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform basic maths for billing purposes and cash handling accurately.
Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members.
Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
