What you will do

Turn calls and enquiries into booked appointments

Keep the diary accurate and full

Welcome every patient like a guest of honour

Support clinicians so the day runs smoothly

Follow up with patients and keep them informed

Protect standards and improve little things every day

What you bring

Experience in a busy front of house or treatment coordinator role

Calm under pressure and great on the phone

Clear written English and sharp attention to detail

Warm people skills and a steady, confident tone

Love of tidy systems and a full diary

Dental experience is essential
