Supervisor duties include:
Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff Ensuring payments and receipts are correct Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues Being a supportive and proactive leader
Requirements:

You will need to demonstrate:
Previous Leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment * A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams
