The Front of House Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests while being part of the front of house management team. Duties

Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are maintained. Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving practices. Manage team schedules and delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient service during peak times. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Assist in food production and preparation as needed, contributing to menu items and specials. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front of house and back of house operations. Monitor inventory levels for food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food production processes is essential. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
