Duties
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Oversee food presentation and maintain high quality standards
Manage reservations, seating plans, and maximise table utilisation
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
Ensure full compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
Lead by example to deliver exceptional hospitality and build a positive team culture
Assist with staff schedules, task delegation, and ongoing training & development
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all front-of-house areas
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food production and service
Requirements
Previous hospitality experience is essential
-- applicants must have experience working in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or similar environment
Strong knowledge of food safety, service standards, and general restaurant operations
Prior experience in serving, hosting, barista work, or food preparation is highly desirable
Demonstrated leadership ability with confidence in supervising or guiding a small team
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask during busy periods
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with guests and staff
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
