An exciting Front Of House Supervisor opportunity has arisen at Loudons Fountainbridge.
Loudons is an independent, family run business and almost completely handmade. That's not just the food on your plate, but also the architectural and interior design. We do it all ourselves.
Our 2 city centre restaurants are open 7 days a week and designed to be modern and open plan, the perfect spot to meet with friends for brunch or have a business meeting over a coffee.
Our mission is to serve up brilliant breakfast, brunch and lunch for all appetites, without exception. Whether you are a meat eater, vegan, dairy or gluten free, our food ethos is that there should always be something delicious for everyone to enjoy.
As Front of House Supervisor you will:
Already have experience as a supervisor in a busy food led venue and a passion for great food and drinks. Want to take the next step in your hospitality career. Be able to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. Have experience as a barista / bartender. Be a great communicator. Be keen to support the management team with the day to day running of the restaurant.
