Duties

Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are maintained. Train, mentor, and manage front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and service flow efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labour costs effectively. Ensure that all food safety protocols are followed during food handling and preparation.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential. Background in team management with the ability to lead by example and inspire others. Familiarity with barista duties is an advantage, along with any experience that enhances customer service skills. Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
