We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the culinary sector. The ideal candidate will be looking to develop their leadership skills, and have a passion for healthy food. As a Team Leader, you will supervise daily operations, ensuring that our cafe runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of FoH staff to ensure efficient food production and preparation.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
Assist in the training and development of team members, promoting best practices in culinary techniques and food handling..
Provide support during peak service times to ensure customer satisfaction.
Opening and Closing the shop, supervising a FoH member
Experience
Experience in the hospitality industry
knowledge of food safety regulations (Training also provided)
Previous experience in team management or supervising staff is desirable, but not a necessity.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
A passion for food and an eagerness to help others develop their skills.
