Job Description

We have an exciting FOH Team Member opportunity within our busy Restaurant & Bar The Primrose, Ballynahinch.

We are looking for experienced individuals with lots of energy and enthusiasm & who has passion for delivering great customer service.

If you have a bubbly personality, work well on your own & as part of a team this may be the job for you...

Key Responsibilities include:



Preparing and setting up food and beverage areas for service. Greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and drink. Offering menu recommendations upon request and upselling additional products when appropriate. Receiving payment for food and beverages sold in accordance with operating procedures. Ensuring table set ups and guest areas are maintained in a clean and tidy manner and in accordance with hotel standards. Ensuring all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems are reported immediately. Responding to complaints and finding the appropriate solution. Complying with all health, safety, hygiene & licensing policies and procedures.

Hours of Work:



Part time positions are available.

Applicants should be fully flexible.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour

Experience:

Hospitality : 1 year (required)
Work Location: In person
