We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused FOH (Front of House) Team Members to join our vibrant team. As a FOH Team Member, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring smooth operations and memorable service for all guests.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Prepare and serve food items following food safety and sanitation standards Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and giving correct change Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Ensure quick turnaround times during busy periods by managing time efficiently Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to uphold food industry standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, cafe, or retail environments preferred but not required Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting with excellent time management skills Familiarity with food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience with upselling or sales techniques is advantageous Ability to work well as part of a team in a quick service & fast food restaurant environment Flexibility to work during peak hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
