Job Overview: We are currently seeking Front of House Team Members to join our friendly team.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities: - Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with seating - Taking food and drink orders accurately - Upselling additional menu items to enhance the customer experience - Delivering food orders promptly from the kitchen to the customers' tables - Assisting in basic food preparation tasks when required - Ensuring adherence to food safety standards and regulations - Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the front of house area - Handling payments and operating the cash register - Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Skills: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is necessary - Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude - Ability to perform basic maths calculations for order totals and bill payments - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
