About Us:
Join prestigious Southernhay House, a well-established, independent hotel renowned for excellence since 2011. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House team, the public face of our Hotel, Bar, and Restaurant.

Role Overview:
You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. You should have some quality hospitality experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) and be outgoing, considerate and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding service to guests in the Hotel, Bar, and Restaurant. Maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism. Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
Required Skills:

Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in F&B. Engaging personality. Teamwork and communication skills. Fluency in English (additional language skills are a bonus). Enthusiasm for the luxury hospitality industry and appreciation of the friendly but always professional approach of the team in this small independent boutique environment.
Shift Details:

Shifts between 8 am and 11 pm (no longer than 8 hours per shift). Meals provided for all staff during duty hours. Monthly distribution of all tips, shared equally among all staff based on hours worked.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
