Duties

Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with accuracy Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed diligently Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest queries and resolving issues promptly

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Basic maths skills for processing payments accurately Experience in food preparation, serving, or kitchen work is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and guests Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as required

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
