As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests. Your role will involve ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders, and assisting with food preparation. You will play a crucial part in delivering a memorable dining experience while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured. Assist in food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of quality. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Help chefs where needed Pack take-away/delivery orders correctly and efficiently

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is essential Expirience in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in serving or customer service roles is beneficial, particularly in a hospitality setting. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards.
