Front of House team members wanted for friendly village pub/restaurants.

Experience is preferred in a similar role and must be a minimum of 18 years of age

*Hours are flexible, between 20-40 hrs per week, willing to work weekends and evenings.

The right candidate will be friendly, energetic, can work well as part of a team with a sense of humour, be of smart and clean appearance, and have high levels of customer service, high standards and pride in what they do whilst always being well mannered and polite.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Greeting customers in a polite and friendly manor Taking orders accurately and processing on the POS system Making customers hot and cold drinks orders including using the coffee machine Delivering food from the kitchen to the customers and clearing tables Bar duties including cask, draught wine and spirits serving Taking payments from the customer Ensuring the highest level of customer service and care is provided Responding to any customer complaints professionally and politely Ensuring high levels of cleanliness at all times
