Job Overview
We are seeking a Part-time weekend Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a key member of our front of house staff, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Assist with basic food preparation when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to help colleagues across various roles
- Culinary knowledge or interest is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
