We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant restaurant team. Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilising upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards at all times. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt attention.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a front of house role. Experience in food preparation or culinary settings is an advantage. Strong knowledge of food safety practices to maintain hygiene standards. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while providing exceptional customer service. A positive attitude with excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members alike.
