Trainee Foiling Setter

to join our production team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is essential. The Setter will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication processes, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

Following all Health & Safety policies and wearing appropriate PPE. Learning to set and run lamination lines for our full foiled product range. Monitoring and maintaining glue and primer systems, including calibration and record-keeping. Performing non-electrical preventative maintenance on equipment. Reading technical drawings and understanding foil codes and specifications. Conducting quality checks and ensuring products meet high standards. Recording production data and supporting continuous improvement. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Communicating effectively and reporting any issues or incidents promptly.

What You'll Get:

Starting pay of

12.21 per hour

, rising to

13.64

after training.

12% enhancement
