Job Overview

Under the direction of supervisors ensure that guests using the restaurant and bar are provided with the highest possible level of service and guest care. Additionally, you will ensure that product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to guests according to hotel policies, procedures and operating service standards.

Key Requirements:

You will be a positive, enthusiastic and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills, prioritise, multi task and self manage, without constant supervision. Flexibility, adaptability and attention to detail are also key requirements of the role.
