Working on the bar and food delivery in Golf Bar and Oaks Pavilion
o Open and closedown tasks (as per ipad)
Taking Orders
o Be present on the bar (No personal phone use)
o Correctly allocating a table and collecting payment
Table Service
o Cutlery and sauces delivered to tables before they get their food
o Glasses/dirty plates to be cleared promptly
Cleaning
o Ensuring the cleanliness of the F&B areas
o Tables cleaned with sanitiser after customers have left
o Keep outside area clean and tidy
o Additional cleaning jobs (as per ipad)
Customer Service
o Assisting members or guests with any special requests or allergy requirements.
o Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Events Support
o Full set up and break down of function rooms
SKILLS:
Menu Knowledge
- Learning and having full knowledge of beverage lists, menu items including garnishes and preparation methods.
Communication
- with the team across all departments.
Team Work
- Assisting other departments wherever necessary and ability to work within a team and maintain good working relationships
Multitasking
EXPERIENCE:
Hospitality: 1 year (required)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Food Safety (Level 1 or higher)
AVAILABILITY
Day and evening shifts, working on various bars throughout the Golf Centre
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
