Responsibilities

Take customer orders including explaining and upselling items Maintain cleanliness and organisation Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Uphold health and safety regulations within the bar environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is desirable but not essential. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts. Excellent guest services skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to team dynamics. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
