We at Gilmerton Grocers are very busy convenience and mini super market serving Gilmerton and local community by in store and also providing home deliveries around 3 mile radius around the business. As our business is growing very rapidly we are looking to recruit a highly motivated Food and Beverage Manager who is professional with standards, along with good knowledge of food and beverage.
Your role includes managing inventory, supplier relationships, and facility upkeep. You'll oversee the entire spectrum of the food and beverage operations and drive commercial performance, control costs, and optimize revenue. Passion for food and ability to be handy in the kitchen as cooking is one of the requirements.
The applicant must be able to comply with all Company policies and regulations in respect of health, safety and environmental management at work and to ensure the highest standards of kitchen practice and hygiene. Control menu planning, production levels, food costing, ordering and stock control, as appropriate, being aware of current food trends to help ensure that our food offer is innovative and imaginative.
