at the stylish Park Plaza Waterloo London Hotel, ideally located just south of Westminster Bridge overlooking the River Thames with spectacular views across London.

, you will lead by example, demonstrating to the rest of the team how to deliver a memorable experience to our guests.

We are looking for our

F&B Manager

, who will:


Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu development, team member recruitment and training, inventory management, cost control, and ensuring high standards of service and quality. Ensure our all F&B outlets (M&E, Bar, Restaurant, illy Caffe, In-Room Dining, and Breakfast operation) run a smooth service that makes guests want to return Inspire, coach, and mentor F&B team members and the F&B Leadership team Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service Work with the Operations Manager to ensure compliance in all safety-related matters be able to work a flexible work schedule to include weekends, mornings, mid and late evenings Respond to guests' complaints professionally.
