A day in the life ofxe2x80xa6As Hotel Food and Beverage Team Leader, you'll be responsible for delivering excellence in all aspects of F&B, while supervising a significant portion of the hotel's food and beverage operations. This includes supporting the Food and Beverage Manager, ensuring high levels of customer service, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The role requires exceptional communication and organisational skills and a strong knowledge of food and beverage standards and best practices.
