As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that all food and beverage offerings meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Your passion for hospitality and commitment to food safety will contribute to an enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Assist in the catering of events, providing support in both preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods, demonstrating excellent teamwork skills. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and addressing any queries or concerns they may have. Support bartending operations as needed, preparing drinks and maintaining the bar area in a tidy condition. Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of menu items and improve service skills.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and catering services will be advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining high standards of hygiene. Experience in bartending is a plus, as it will enhance your versatility within the team.
