We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our culinary operations. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, service, and hospitality are maintained. Responsibilities

Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring quality and consistency in all offerings. Manage food preparation and production processes to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene. Supervise kitchen staff, including chefs and servers, fostering a positive team environment. Develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences and dietary requirements. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of food handling and service. Train and mentor staff on culinary techniques, service standards, and hospitality practices. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and bar areas. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences through special events or promotions.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food production techniques and cooking methods. Previous supervisory or team management experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is required. Experience in hotel environments or as a barista would be advantageous. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
