Mustashar is a UK-based importer, distributor, and brand development partner with a proven track record of taking Moroccan brands into the
mainstream
market - not just the ethnic/traditional sector - and positioning them to compete head-to-head with leading international names.
We go beyond typical distribution. As importers and strategic brand partners, we supply distributors, cash and carry outlets, wholesalers, and foodservice distributors, while also building brand presence through digital marketing and online sales channels such as Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
Applicants do
not
need to be from a Moroccan or Middle Eastern background - we're looking for commercial talent, sales expertise, and a passion for connecting authentic products with the right distributors and partners.

We also work with Moroccan brands in other categories, such as
IDYR
(artisanal fashion),
Jood
(natural skincare),
Perle De Cactus
(prickly pear oil skincare), and
Genna
(essential oils). This role, however, focuses on food and beverage.
What You'll Do:
Drive sales growth and meet targets
Build strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and foodservice partners
Convert provided leads into long-term partnerships
Represent our brands at meetings, trade shows, and networking events
Collaborate with marketing to align sales with campaigns and launches
What You'll Bring:
Proven sales experience in the food & beverage sector
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of UK retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels
Results-driven mindset with excellent organisation skills
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly rate or fixed salary plus competitive commission - the more you sell, the more you earn
