We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Sheffield.


As a vital part of our hospitality organisation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences through high-quality food and beverage service.

Provide a warm and personalised welcome to all guests, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere Lead, develop, and support a team of service specialists in daily hotel operations. Maintain high standards of service, contributing to the attainment of the department's qualitative and quantitative targets. Assist the F&B Manager to implement hotel strategy and reach KPI's. Develop close relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and enhance guest satisfaction Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages, ensuring presentation and quality meet our exacting standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to understand menu items and communicate special dietary requirements Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns Contribute to the overall success of the team by supporting colleagues and adapting to operational demands.


Qualifications

Passion for hospitality and food and beverage service Previous experience in a similar food and beverage role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong team player with a collaborative approach Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and presentation Flexible and adaptable, willing to meet the demands of a dynamic hospitality environment Basic knowledge of food safety practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Customer service-oriented with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanour Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry moderate loads Basic numeracy skills for handling financial transactions Willingness to learn and grow within the organisation
