Food Production Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work in our small team. Duties would include (but are not limited to) making dips and sauces and working in our veg steaming kitchen (no prep of veg required). The job is very physical so physical fitness and the ability to regularly lift 10kg to 20kg is essential. Own transport is also needed due to not being on a regular bus route. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. Half hour lunch break is paid. Due to food handling requirements, a high standard of personal hygiene is essential. Previous experience of working in food production and a food hygiene certificate is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
