We are seeking a Production Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process within our kitchen, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and processing of food products Ensure compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines to maintain food safety and quality. Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to optimise production flow and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Skills
Understanding of food safety regulations. Experience in food production environments is desirable Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring high standards are met consistently. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude within a team setting.
