Calling All Food Production Supervisor - Immediate Starts Available!

Hourly Pay Rate:

Basic Hourly Rate 14.25ph to 14.50ph. Pay Rate Including Attendance Bonus Uplift 15.22ph. Overtime available after 41.7-Hours worked in a 5-day week.

Shift Pattern Monday to Friday:

Morning Shift - 03:00am till 12:00 lunchtime (41.7-Hours per Week Minimum).
We are recruiting full-time temporary to permanent staff to work in a food production factory and well-established company outside of Southampton central.

Own transport essential due to the rural location and shift times.

Working as part of a team, the role will involve supervising your team's food production quota and targets, as well as getting involved with the day-to-day production duties and responsibilities.

Whilst working in a busy food manufacturing environment you will be expected to complete necessary paperwork, as well as continually checking production standards, health, safety, wellbeing, and team motivation.

Keeping the work areas clean and following food hygiene standards.

Successful candidates will need to have a knowledge of food production and techniques and HACCP experience, supervised or managed a team. Efficiency, enthusiasm, and attention to detail are all essential for this role as well as working to tight deadlines.
