The bakery at Mademoiselle Desserts Taunton is responsible for producing frozen desserts. The Production Supervisor will work with their line and team members to ensure that production/packing plans are completed, ensuring quality, cost, GMP and health and safety standards are met always.
Applicants must have previous experience in a Supervisor or Team leader role in Food Manufacturing
Principal accountabilities include :
Plan, organise and measure resources to ensure that targets for production/packing are met within set parameters.
Ensure that all production/packing activity meets both internal company standards and external regulatory requirements with respect to health and safety and ensure the company's obligations and policies in these areas are fully complied with.
Keep down time and material wastage within a set standard.
Work with Production Managers to deliver continuous improvement and PIE projects within your area
Assist with the day to day HR processes including RTW and holiday control
Work with the Production Managers to ensure a 3:3 approach in all areas.
Prepare the facility for annual BRC Audit and specific customer audits and / or inspections.
