Job Description

Talgarth Bakery require a Team Leader to lead a food production team and the production line. You will produce the finest sandwiches and associated products for our customers across South Wales.

The ideal candidate will have some production experience, however, training can be provided for the right person.
The job entails ensuring that the correct quantities are in place, ingredient volumes are right & quality control is maintained throughout the day.

You will be preparing ingredients such as salad, meats, sandwich fillings and making sandwiches, wraps, baguettes, etc. to specified recipes. You will also maintain the required Hygiene Standards - cleaning of rooms and utensils.

Good timekeeping, the ability to work on your own initiative and work at an efficient and constant pace
The Team Leader role maintains a pivotal role within the company - leading the day's production run and maintaining the required hygiene standards as part of the production team. A motivational natural leader is ideal for this role.
Bright, energetic, positive people are ideally suited to this role. A good team spirit means everything.

Starting rate of 12.21 depending on experience.
