06:00am - 18.00pm, 4 On 4 Off

Stonegate Farmers are seeking to strengthen their Egg Innovation Centre Production Team 's with the recruitment of a Production Team Leader.

As a Team Leader in our Production department, you will be responsible for efficiently leading as assigned line/ team in meeting all compliance targets whilst delivering to production KPIs.

Role & Responsibilities:



To assist in the completion of all orders set out on the plan, through the correct set up of all equipment on line and basic fault finding that could incur stoppages and hamper the success of the line. Supervise the day to day running of the team to ensure the KPI's are met at all times. Managing non-conformance processes and corrective action activities to ensure compliance with Company Policies/Procedures/Standards. Attainment to plan; Egg Utilisation (best practice), quality, labour control, waste control, production downtime, utility usage, stock control and other measurements of efficiency. Ensure all documentation is accurately produced and audit ready in line with both internal and external procedures and standards. Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement Motivate and develop your team, identifying and implementing training as required, using the performance improvement and disciplinary procedure where necessary Lead effective handovers with oncoming Team Leaders/ Managers To develop a working environment that is free from intimidation, harassment and bullying

Qualifications / Experience:



Previous experience in a leadership role within a production / manufacturing environment is essential for this role.

Previous Production experience is essential for this role.

Entry Level HACCP & Level 2 Food Safety is advantageous for this role but not essential as training can be provided for this. Transport can be offered from Swindon and Chippenham Stations for this role
