We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and reliable bottling operator to join our established, fast growing company.
Job Purpose:
Primarily operating our automatic food supplements bottling line.
and packing the finished product ready to ship to our customers
The primary purpose of a bottling line Operator is to contribute to an effective manufacturing process through the correct operation of plant, systems, and processes to ensure we meet with the best standard practice.
Duties:
Preparing for your daily task, identifying the various components (product, bottles, lids, labels, packaging boxes) needed for the job.
Setting up the machine with the help of your supervisor, running checks and quality control to ensure the finished product is up to standards.
Your role will also include hygiene responsibilities to ensure that your working area meets the highest standards of food hygiene protocols to minimise risk to product contamination.
There will be circumstances where you may be tasked with duties across all production operations.
Skills/Qualifications:
We are looking for pro-active and enthusiastic team player to join our forward thinking and dynamic team. Previous experience working in a manufacturing
environment is essential.
Experience working in the food supplements, food industry or other regulated environments is desirable but not essential as significant training will be provided.
We will welcome you into our team and train you to be fast and accurate, and you will learn a variety of skills.
Day-to-day duties can involve a substantial amount of manual handling including bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching, and lifting. Having a good range of mobility is important to ensure you can work safely within health and safety regulations without placing undue strain on your body.
Due to the nature of the working environment, training requirements & documentation controls, a functional understanding of verbal & written English is essential.
To fulfil the role, you must be a resident of the UK and have the right to work in the UK.

Job Type: Full time - Monday to Friday
7.30am to 4pm with a 30 minutes lunch break
No work on weekends and bank holidays.
