The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated

Football & Multi-Sports Coaches

to join our growing team in Nuneaton. This is a flexible role ideal for someone looking to develop their coaching career with opportunities across school sessions, after-school clubs, holiday camps, development centres, and elite training environments.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging football and multi-sport sessions for children aged 4-16 Work in a variety of settings including schools, community clubs, and academy programmes Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment Maintain high standards of professionalism, safeguarding, and behaviour management Communicate effectively with children, parents, schools, and colleagues Represent Vision Football Academy in line with our values and code of conduct

What We're Looking For

Minimum FA Level 1 or equivalent (Level 2/UEFA qualifications highly desirable) Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or youth work setting A passion for sport and making a positive impact on young people's lives Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A flexible and proactive attitude

Essential Requirements

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Safeguarding & First Aid training (can be provided) UK driving licence and access to own transport preferred
