About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Football Coach to lead fun, engaging sessions for children aged 1.5 to 4 years old. Our ideal candidate has experience working with young children, enjoys being part of a team, and can confidently manage groups of 15-20 toddlers while following session plans and instructions.
Responsibilities:
Deliver age-appropriate football sessions in a fun, safe, and engaging way
Follow structured lesson plans and coaching guidelines
Manage groups of young children effectively
Communicate clearly with parents and guardians
Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff
Ensure safeguarding and safety procedures are always followed
Requirements:
Experience working with young children (coaching, childcare, early years, or similar)
Confident, energetic, and patient
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
Reliable and committed to
every Saturday
FA coaching badges or childcare qualifications (desirable but not essential)
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
