We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating young athletes in the fundamentals of football. This role involves developing training programmes, leading practice sessions, and fostering a positive team environment that encourages growth and teamwork.

Duties

Design and implement effective training sessions that enhance players' skills and understanding of the game. Educate players on football strategies, techniques, and rules to improve their performance on the field. Conduct regular assessments of player performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement. Foster a supportive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship and respect among players. Coordinate with other coaching staff to develop comprehensive training plans and game strategies. Organise team meetings, practices, and matches, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively. Monitor the physical and mental well-being of players, providing guidance as needed to support their development.

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football, with a strong understanding of the game's tactics and techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate players of varying skill levels. Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate athletes towards achieving their goals. Ability to assess player performance critically while providing constructive feedback for improvement. Organisational skills to manage schedules, training sessions, and match preparations efficiently. A passion for fostering teamwork, discipline, and resilience within the squad.

Pay: 30.00 per hour
