CPS Football Academy is a leading Technical Development Academy dedicated to nurturing young talent. Our weekly sessions are a fantastic place for players to come and develop their skills in a professional environment.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Outfield Coach to join our team and deliver weekly sessions across the course of the football season. This role involves implementing session plans, working effectively with the coaching team, and providing a professional and engaging experience for our players.

Responsibilities:

Implement pre-designed session plans for outfield players. Work collaboratively with the coaching team to deliver cohesive training sessions. Engage with players in a professional, positive, and enthusiastic manner. Provide support and guidance to players aged 4-15, adapting to their varying skill levels. Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.

Requirements:

Previous experience in coaching outfield players. Ability to work effectively with children aged 4-15. Strong professionalism and a positive attitude. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passion for coaching and developing young talent.

Pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour

Football coaching: 2 years (required)
