Job Title: Football Coach

Location: Knutsford, Cheshire

Club: Knutsford Junior Football Club (Knutsford JFC)

Rate: 15 per hour

Hours: Minimum of 10 hours per week guaranteed

Working Days: Wednesday & Friday evenings, Saturday mornings

Additional Work: Optional 1-to-1 coaching sessions available

Our coaching team is made up of professional coaches with a proven track record in player development. About the Role:

We are looking for a Football Coach to join our dynamic and growing team. You'll be delivering high-quality training sessions and matchday coaching across youth age groups, with additional earning opportunities through 1-to-1 sessions.

This is a brilliant chance to be part of a forward-thinking club from the ground up and work alongside experienced coaches in a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate training sessions.

Lead team coaching on Wednesday and Friday evenings, and manage matchdays on Saturday mornings.

Monitor and support player development across technical, tactical, and physical aspects.

Provide individual feedback to players and parents as required.

Maintain high standards of professionalism and represent the club positively at all times.

Participate in club meetings and development initiatives where appropriate.

Requirements:

Essential:

Minimum UEFA C Licence or extensive experience coaching in grassroots football and above.

Experience planning and delivering football sessions for youth players.

Strong communication skills with players, parents, and fellow coaches.

Availability to work scheduled hours consistently.

Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare standards.

Desirable:

First Aid and Safeguarding certifications.

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through the club).

Experience delivering 1-to-1 or small group training.

What We Offer:
