You'll plan and deliver engaging sessions across U9-U12 groups, contribute to player assessments, and support the creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs). The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the maturity and drive to make a meaningful impact on our programme.
The role requires a minimum of 3x sessions per week, 40 per session. Trainings are located in Acton, London.
Tuesday 5pm - 6:30pm
Thursday 5:30pm - 7pm
Sunday 9am - 11am
Saturday match days (JPL) in various locations (London)
Essential Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of coaching in a competitive environment
Proven ability to plan and lead high-quality sessions
FA Level 2 / UEFA C (or equivalent) minimum
Experience managing matchday squads and team dynamics
