Responsibilities

Lead engaging and well-structured coaching sessions for children and young people Foster a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable training environment Support the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological development of players Work collaboratively with other coaches and academy staff Ensure all safeguarding and child welfare standards are upheld

Requirements

Must hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organised, and punctual Previous experience in coaching or working with children (preferred but not essential) FA coaching qualifications (must have Level 1 FA badge - support available for further development) Driving Licence
