exceptional coaches

to join our professional private coaching team.

We are a

premium coaching business

led by UEFA B Licensed coaches with experience working with

professional and international players

. Every session we deliver is structured, challenging, and impactful -- and we expect the same from every coach who joins us.

What We're Looking For

Minimum FA Level 2/UEFA C (essential)

- applicants without this will not be considered Proven experience

leading sessions independently

at a high standard Strong communication, leadership, and the ability to engage players of all levels Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) Drivers license & own transport (preferred)
Your Role

Plan and deliver

engaging, professional sessions

for players aged U7+ Maintain high standards in

session tempo, technical detail, and player discipline

Provide clear, constructive feedback to support development Represent Elite Football Coaching with professionalism and consistency
Schedule

Northampton:

Monday & Friday evenings Additional evening & weekend coaching opportunities Extra hours available during school holidays (clinics & performance camps)
