About Us
Dingoes FC is a grassroots football club based in West London. We work with players from Reception through to Year 9, focusing on technical ability, confidence, and enjoyment of the game.
Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified coach with a minimum of a UEFA C Diploma to deliver high-quality training sessions and contribute to the long-term development of our players. In addition to coaching midweek and weekend sessions, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to coach one of our league teams on Sundays.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, structured football sessions for children aged 5-13.
Apply the club's philosophy (ground passing, positional awareness, creativity, teamwork).
Manage and coach a league team on Sundays, including match preparation and in-game management.
Monitor player progress and provide regular feedback.
Create a safe, positive, and disciplined training and matchday environment.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club staff.
Requirements
Minimum
UEFA C Diploma
(UEFA B desirable).
Valid FA Safeguarding Children certificate.
Enhanced DBS check.
First Aid in Football qualification.
Previous experience in grassroots or academy football.
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
