Overview


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth players and a passion for developing high level youth players. This role is essential for developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment.

Duties



Develop players, giving players the best possible opportunity to be signed by a professional club. Punctuality, be on time to training and fixtures. Educate athletes on the rules of the game, sportsmanship, and the importance of teamwork. Organise and lead competitive matches, including pre-match preparations and post-match team talks. Monitor player performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff to ensure alignment on goals and expectations. Can attend Saturday morning fixtures.

Qualifications



Level 1 or UEFA C licence coaches - or working towards, we are happy to put coaches on their FA Level 1 if they have not got this already. DBS - We will put this through for you. Driving licence.
